- All rates include daily continental breakfast, parking (one car per room), wifi, afternoon cookies, and assorted teas anytime. The only thing not included is tax.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you arrive earlier in the afternoon, you are welcome to park at the inn and set out to enjoy the town. First, simply come inside for your parking pass.
- Deposit Policy. We request the “first night” of any reservation as a deposit charged to your credit card. The balance is due at check-in. One-night reservations are essentially paid in advance.
- Cancellation policy. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel for any reason up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel closer than 7 days to arrival, we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the room OR we will place the deposit amount into a gift certificate that you can apply to a future stay.
- Please note there is no smoking within the Yankee Peddler Inn or on the rooftop deck.
- Check-out is 11:00 am on your day of departure.

We have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy and we will not provide your personal information to anyone else. When you provide your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use.
